Warranty service
Honghai provides end users with a 12-month warranty. According to the warranty, if a Honghai product fails during the warranty period, as long as the failure is due to non-human causes under normal use, we will repair it for free.
Please call Honghai Environmental Protection National Unified Service Hotline 0755-27216516 to apply for warranty service. When applying for warranty service, an invoice or corresponding proof of purchase is required.
Special reminder: For services that require on-site maintenance or replacement of consumables, the user shall bear the on-site cost.

Service program
Users call the national unified service hotline 0755-27216516 for consultation and repair;
Simple faults are guided by phone; for complex faults that the user cannot handle, the phone agrees that the user will send the device to the authorized service center or authorized service engineer at his own expense, and inform the user of the estimated cost of the device;
After the authorized service engineer inspects the faulty equipment, he will show the user the Kach unified "repair service report" (with a repair quotation as needed) with the completed fault detection results;
After the authorized service engineer and the user confirm the fault detection and repair quotation, sign and confirm in the "Fault Detection and Repair Quotation Confirmation" in the "Service Confirmation" column of the "Maintenance Service Report Form"; if the user does not agree to the repair, the service The engineer collects travel expenses and fault detection fees from the user, and the repair process ends; if the user agrees to repair, the engineer prepares spare parts and repairs the equipment, after the equipment repair and user acceptance, the service engineer and the user will "service" in the "Maintenance Service Report Form" In the "Confirm" column, sign and confirm in the item "Repair completion, user acceptance confirmation", the service engineer will charge the service fee (free of fault diagnosis fee), and the repair process will end.
